David White, Chief Executive Officer, Opportunity Stanislaus, and Eric Neuenfeldt, Executive Director, VOLT Institute, shared their efforts on scaling advanced manufacturing workforce training through competency-based education and flexible delivery models. 

Kathy McIntyre, Chief Operating Officer, Roadmap for Innovation introduced the organization carrying forward the 33-year legacy of California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC).
